= Incorrect tape.
= Dirty heads on drive.
11 - Acquisition failed or lost.
12 - Fatal error.
301 - Timeout waiting for command to complete.
400 - Can't clear Check Condition Status.
401 - Faulty sense code received.
= Drive firmware error.
402 - Drive hardware error.
= Bad tape.
= Broken tape.
= Power line glitch.

403 - Illegal command for drive.

409 - Software error.
500 - No Controller found.
= Controller card not installed.
= Controller card DISABLED.
= Controller card at conflicting I/O address.
501 - Timer error.
502 - Incorrect DMA channel selected.
= DMA channel not supported.
= 8 bit DMA channel selected for 16 bit operation.
= 16 bit DMA channel selected for 8 bit operation.
503 - Incorrect Interrupt selected.
= Interrupt not supported.
504 - Interrupt Service routine unable to load
